Returns are expensive and time consuming so please check sizing carefully and ask all the questions you need to upfront. We do however, want you to be pleased with your purchase, so you are welcome to return your order to Cody & Sioux for a nearly-full store credit within 30 days from the time of purchase, and for any reason at all.
Please follow these guidelines:
Items are credited to the amount the item is CURRENTLY selling for in the shop or online.
Returned items must be sent freight prepaid, and arrive within 30 days back to our shop, to be confirmed with a tracking number, so be sure you choose a delivery method that offers tracking.
Returned items will incur a 15% fee to cover restocking and processing.
Items must be in NEW condition – in the original packing, no wear, tags still attached, receipt for purchase, unaltered and completely unworn, or in the case of shoes and boots, unscuffed.
Custom orders are not refundable.
Sale items are final sales, but size exchanges are available when possible.
Please write your own note indicating your name, particulars for the store credit (minus 15%), and your e-mail and phone number.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Upon arrival, your return will be processed within a 3-day period, and we’ll send you a note with an online credit code.
